The computer revolution had come but they were limited to large corporations and universities. This was the time when the Altaire came and the Home Brew club became the hub for discussion on making personal computers.
Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak made the apple computer, the first prototype for the personal computer. With the advent of the Arpanet, things just speeded up.
